Jordan Elizabeth Ladd (born January 14, 1975) is an American actress.
Ladd was born in Hollywood, California, the daughter of Charlie's Angels star Cheryl Ladd and David Ladd, a producer and former actor. Her paternal grandfather was Alan Ladd, a famous film actor, and her paternal grandmother was Sue Carol (née Evelyn Lederer), a Hollywood talent agent and actress.
At the age of two, Ladd began appearing in commercials. Her first commercial was for Polaroid. She began acting in film and television while in school, often working with her mother on films. After graduating high school, she took up acting professionally. Ladd turned to acting in independent films and has become known in the indie film circuit.
She is a natural blond like her mother, but she dyes her hair black on occasions because doesn't want people to recognize her as merely the daughter of Cheryl Ladd. She wants to get acting jobs on her own merit and talent. She appears in many of her films with dark hair, such as Specials, The (2000) and Never Been Kissed (1999). However, she seems to have decided to stick with her blond hair in recent films like Cabin Fever (2002).
