Joanne Kelly (born in 1980 in Bay d'Espoir, Newfoundland) is a Canadian actress. She attended Acadia University in Nova Scotia.
Currently, she plays the role of Sara Collins in Fox's Vanished and has been cast as the vampire Bianca in Sci-Fi Network's "The Dresden Files". Her breakout role was Going the Distance. Kelly was nominated for a Gemini Award for her role in the TV movie Playing House. Her first movie role was the 2002 movie The Bay of Love and Sorrows. She has also played alongside actors such as Paul Gross in Slings and Arrows and Gordon Pinsent in Heyday. She also played Libby on the J. Michael Straczynski series Jeremiah on Showtime from 2003-2004.

She now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
