Jessica Collins (born April 1, 1971) is an American actress, who played Meredith Davies on the FOX Network's Tru Calling.
Collins was born Jessica Lynn Capogna in Schenectady, New York. She attended Amsterdam High School in Amsterdam, New York. In 1988, she won the title Miss New York Teen USA and was the first runner up for the Miss Teen USA Pageant in that same year.
On November 2, 1996, she married Robert Tyler, divorcing February 2002.

Collins was born in San Antonio, Texas and attended Tom C. Clark High School, graduating in 2001. In 2005, she graduated from Julliard. She is one of four sisters, all of which are extremely talented and are involved in the arts. Sister Jennifer is a model, Kellys is a singer in Nashville, and the youngest Sallie acted in theatre during her high school years and is finishing up at Texas Tech University.
Collins will have a recurring role on Heroes playing Sophie, an Irish francophone with powers employee of a powerful, mysterious organization that is tracking all the heroes.
