Jessica Danielle Andrews (born December 29, 1983) is an Academy of Country Music Award winning American country music singer. At age 15 in mid-1999, she made her debut on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts with the single "I Will Be There for You". Her biggest hit to date is "Who I Am", which reached Number One on the same chart in mid-2001.

To date, Andrews has released three studio albums, all on the DreamWorks Nashville label: Heart Shaped World (1999), Who I Am (2001), and Now (2003); a fourth, entitled Ain't That Life, was recorded but not released due to the closure of the DreamWorks label.
