For the American basketball player, see Jeff Wilkins (basketball). Jeffrey Allen Wilkins (born April 19, 1972 in Youngstown, Ohio) nicknamed "Money" is a former American football placekicker. He played 14 years in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles and St Louis Rams and attended Youngstown State University. Wilkins is currently tied for 1st place all time in most consecutive PATs without a miss at 371.
Wilkins gained early recognition as a student athlete at Austintown Fitch High School in Austintown, Ohio. During this period, he won All-State honors as kicker and also served as the team's starting quarterback.
Jeffrey (Jeff) Wilkins (born March 9 1955, in Chicago, Illinois) is a retired American professional basketball player in the NBA. A 6'11" 230 lb center, Wilkins played college basketball at Illinois State University and was selected with the 15th pick in the 2nd round of the 1977 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs.
He signed with the Spurs in July 1977 but was waived prior to the start of the 1977-78 NBA season. ; retrieved June 6, 2007 He began his NBA playing career in 1980 with the Utah Jazz and spent the majority of it with them, but due to a mid-season trade played out part of his final year with the Spurs in 1986.
He holds career averages of 7.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assist per game.
