Jack Narz (born November 13, 1922, in Louisville, Kentucky) is an American television announcer and game show host. He is the elder brother of Tom Kennedy and the former brother-in-law of Bill Cullen. Narz eluded the infamous quiz show scandal to forge a respected hosting career.
Jack Narz's career in television spans nearly 30 years. After the service and a short but productive stint in local radio, Narz started in television late in 1950 as announcer on early-TV classics like "Space Patrol" (1950) and "Life with Elizabeth" (1952). Moving on to host the trouble-prone "Dotto" (1958) and "Video Village" (1960), Narz worked steadily in radio and TV until achieving his biggest success with the syndicated version of "Concentration" (1973) in 1973. After "Concentration" (1973) left the airwaves in the fall of 1978, Narz semi-retired, but he remains active to this day on the celebrity golf circuit and on behalf of several charities.
