Initially featured as the B-Side of "Heartbreak Hotel," it became the album's third single and peaked at number four on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. It also topped Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart, peaked at number seven on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart, and was certified Gold. The music video was directed by Kevin Bray. The track won Best Female R&B Vocal Performance at the 2000 Grammy Awards.
The song describes a woman evicting her husband from their home when she finds out, from a credit card receipt, that he is having an affair with another woman.
