"It's Alright (Baby's Coming Back)" is a song recorded by pop music duo Eurythmics. It was released as the fourth and final single from their album Be Yourself Tonight. Written by band members Annie Lennox and David A. Stewart, the track's distinctive brass arrangement was devised by Michael Kamen. The recordinng was produced by Stewart.
"It's Alright" was a slight return by Eurythmics to the electronic-based sounds of their earlier albums. Driven by a subtle drum machine track, Lennox sings a straightforward ode to a lover returning to her after a long absence. The instrumental passages feature some elaborate multitracked harmony guitar parts from Stewart. The song's music video was a mix of live shots with computer animation, an innovative look for a music video in the mid 1980s.
The single was a Top 20 hit in the UK, where it peaked at number twelve (Eurythmics' tenth Top 40 hit in the UK singles chart). The song was not a success in the United States, stalling at number seventy-eight on the Billboard Hot 100.
"It's Alright" is the third single from Ricky Martin's tenth album Life. The album version only contains Ricky Martin vocals. A radio edit of the song featuring M. Pokora was released in France in spring 2006. Although Ricky Martin had already shot the video for the single, a new music video featuring both singers' live performance received airplay. The song was then included as a bonus track in the second edition of M. Pokora's Player.
Shot in New York and in Puerto Rico by Liquid Films, the video was directed by Simon Brand and produced by Betinna Abascal, Robert Feliciano and Robert Perkins. Maz Makhani was the Director of Photography,
"It's Alright" is a 1998 single by rappers Jay-Z and Memphis Bleek. It was released on the Streets Is Watching soundtrack for the film of the same name. It was later featured as a bonus track on Jay-Z's third album, Vol. 2... Hard Knock Life. It is produced by Damon Dash and Mahogany, who sample "Once in a Lifetime" by the Talking Heads and "The Hall of Mirrors" by Kraftwerk for the track's beat. Its b-side is "The Doe" by Diamonds In Da Rough.
It's Alright is a single from Queen Latifah's 1998 album, Order In The Court. The single was released in 1998. It features no Rap from Queen Latifah. She sings on this song.
"It's alright" is the 13th single from Pet Shop Boys and was released in the UK by Parlophone Records on 1 June 1989.
The song was originally written and performed by Sterling Void and came to the attention of Pet Shop Boys on a house compilation. In fact, Sterling Void remixed the track on the second 12", entitled the "DJ International Mixes".
The single was originally released on the Introspective album, where it clocked in at over nine minutes. The song peaked at #4 in the UK.
