Angie Savage,Sarah Blake (I) and Carly Banks were originally cast in this movie but none of them turned up on set. Carly was replaced by Angela Stone (II).
Career street-hustler Sante 'Sonny' Collucci finds himself thrust in a most unlikely position. More by default than design he has managed to 'acquire' ownership of an upscale Bed & Breakfast, just minutes from downtown Niagara Falls. He soon discovers the property is not the B&B he had been promised. Instead he finds himself the owner of a rather shabby assisted-living centre named 'Governor's Manor'. A home fully stocked with staff and residents that made the mob seem civilized in comparison.
