"In My Head" is the second single released by the rock group Queens of the Stone Age on June 27 th , 2005 from their fourth album Lullabies to Paralyze. "In My Head" originally appeared on Desert Sessions vols. 9 & 10 in 2003, where it was named "In My Head...Or Something." It is often recognized for its simple melody and chord progression (a steady A major, G major, E major, C major featuring a D major lick). The song appears in the end credits during the Entourage episode "The Release" and was also featured in the video game Need for Speed: Underground 2 and in the unreleased beta of Need For Speed: Carbon.
