It will be released worldwide as the second single as "Reflections of a Sound" was only available in Australia. On September 30, the band performed the song live on the talk-show Rove, hosted by Rove McManus, taking elements from the song's video and bringing them into the performance. "If You Keep Losing Sleep" peaked at 16 on the official ARIA single charts in Australia.
