"I Belong to You" was the fifth and final single released from Whitney Houston's third album I'm Your Baby Tonight. It was written by Derek Bramble and Franne Golde. The single did not chart as well as the prior four, peaking at #10 on the R&B Singles Chart—while altogether missing the top 40. Despite the lackluster chart showing, "I Belong to You" garnered Houston a Grammy nomination for "Best Female R&B Vocal Performance."
The music video for the song is a live performance during Houston's I'm Your Baby Tonight tour.
"I Belong to You (Il Ritmo Della Passione)" is a pop duet by Italian singer Eros Ramazzotti and American singer Anastacia, released as the second single from Ramazzotti's thirteenth album, Calma Apparente (2005), and the second single from Anastacia's greatest hits album, Pieces of a Dream (2005).
The song is a ballad in which Anastacia sings in English and Ramazzotti in Italian or Spanish. As Ramazzotti records his songs in both Italian and Spanish, there are two versions of this song as well: the original one with Italian lyrics and the other with Spanish lyrics, entitled "I Belong to You (El Ritmo de la Pasion)", which is available on the Spanish versions of both Anastacia's and Ramazzotti's albums.
"I Belong to You" is the sixth and final single released from Toni Braxton's debut album. The composition was originally slated to serve as the B-Side to "How Many Ways" but actually garnered more airplay than its predecessor due to its remix. There was no music video for "I Belong to You" but it garnered Braxton a Grammy nomination for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance in 1996.
"I Belong To You" is the second single to be released by rock musician Lenny Kravitz from his 5 album. It was released in March 1998. The song featured a soft-rock and reggae inspired sound.
