I'm So Ronery is a song (1:55 minutes long) featured in the 2004 film Team America: World Police. The song was produced by George Drakoulis and written and performed by Trey Parker, creator of South Park. Parker voiced the marionetted North Korean leader Kim Jong-il in this song.
The song is an interior monologue of the Dear Leader lamenting his loneliness and hidden injury, prompted by the failings of his henchmen to cause him to think his intelligence makes him alone without peers in the world. The sentimental orchestral melody, similar to the style of James Newton Howard, and sad lyrics portrays the man as both very human and pitiful - whilst he struts about his lavish palace, stopping once in a torture chamber.
Many words in the lyrics, including its title, have the letter 'l' replaced by 'r' ("Poor rittre me" = "Poor little me"), imitating the difficulty Korean speakers face trying to differentiate between the two apical approximant consonants (Rhotacism). Native Japanese speakers (see "Engrish") also sometimes have this problem.
