Heather Tom (born November 4, 1975 in Hinsdale, Illinois) is a two-time Emmy Award-winning American actress. Very early in her career, she played Heather Harper (Jonathan Bower's love interest) on an episode of Who's The Boss?. She is well known to American daytime drama fans for her role as Victoria Newman, daughter of the powerful Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) on CBS' The Young and the Restless. She played the role from 1991 until December 2003. She won two Daytime Emmy awards in 1993 and 1999 for "Outstanding Younger Lead Actress" along with nominations in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2004 and 2005. Heather Tom holds the record for the most Emmy Award nominations for actresses under the age of thirty.

In 2003, she took on a new role as Kelly Cramer Buchanan Buchanan on ABC's soap opera One Life to Live. She also made a handful of guest appearances on All My Children in 2004 playing the Kelly Cramer Buchanan Buchanan character. She is the third actress to portray Kelly Cramer Buchanan after Gina Tognoni and Tracy Lindsey Melchior. In August 2006, Tom announced she had decided not to renew her contract with One Life to Live after three years. She last aired in December 2006.

In February 2007, she guest starred on Monk and in March 2007, she and her sister Nicholle Tom guest starred on The Wedding Bells.

In August 2007, she took over the role of Katherine "Katie" Logan (previously played by Nancy Sloan), the younger sister of Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Storm Logan (William deVry), on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Tom has also worked extensively in theater, both in New York and on the West Coast.

The revival was so well received that it has won 5 Dramalogue Awards. Quite an accomplishment for a fledgling producer! Recently, Heather produced and starred in Gila, a play by Mark Medoff ("Children of a Lesser God") and starring Phyllis Freilich which received rave reviews. For this role, Heather had to be fluent in sign language. Her talent overwhelmed audiences once again, earning Heather a Robbie Theatre L.A. Award nomination for Best Actress. Heather's love for acting and theatre is life long. A commercial actress at the age of two, Heather was dancing with the Seattle Pacific Ballet at age 10. By the time she was 13, Heather and her actor-siblings Nicholle ("The Nanny") and David were ready to break into Hollywood. They made a temporary, trial run move to Los Angeles, found work immediately and turned an out of town tryout into a long running hit. Her natural talent and ability got her started; her hard work, determination and intelligence keep her working. As a young actress, Heather took acting classes at the Young Actor's Space, paying for each weekly session with the money she earned working at a local cookie shop. A focused, dedicated and giving performer, Heather landed guest appearances on many hot shows, including Kids Incorporated and Who's The Boss? She has co-starred in two movies of the week, ABC-TV's I'll Take Romance and CBS-TV's Deadly Whispers and has starred in the feature films Lessie's Rainbow and Lookin Good. In the Congressional elections, Heather worked very closely with Congressman Loretta Sanchez's campaign as well as with "Rock the Vote" to help get out the younger voters. Heather also spends hours reading plays, scripts and classical literature. She is also an avid art collector who has amassed an impressive collection of sculpture, painting and prints.
