Haylie Katherine Duff (born February 19 1985) is an American actress and singer songwriter. She is best known for being the sister of Hilary Duff and her supporting role on 7th Heaven as well as playing supporting roles in the films Material Girls and Napoleon Dynamite.She will also be releasing her debut album Walk the Walk in mid-2008.
