Gravy Train!!!! (the spelling of which includes the four exclamation points) is an electropop group from Oakland, California. The band is currently signed to Kill Rock Stars. Past labels include S.P.A.M. Records, Cold Crush Records, Purr and Mogul Electro Records. Gravy Train!!!! is most famous for sexually explicit lyrics which both advocate recognition of the female sex drive as well as recreational sex among gay men. The members of the band are named Chunx, Hunx, Junx, and Funx. Junx joined Gravy Train!!!! after former member Drunx left the group. The style of music performed by Gravy Train!!!! is often associated with groups like Le Tigre and Avenue D.

Gravy Train were a Rock group from Lancashire, England, formed by vocalist and guitarist Norman Barratt in 1970. Together with J.D. Hughes (keyboards, vocals, wind), Lester Williams (bass, vocals) and Barry Davenport (Drums) they made 4 studio albums. The first 2 were released under the label Vertigo and the latter 2 by Dawn Records.

The band was dissolved in 1974. Little is known what happened with its members except for Norman Barratt who appeared in Mandalaband for their second and last album in 1978. He went on to found the Barratt Band, which recorded albums in the early 1980s.

Helen Humes (June 23, 1913 - September 9, 1981) was an American jazz and blues singer. Helen was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to New York and became a recording vocalist with Harry James big band in 1937. Her swing recordings with Harry James included “Jubilee”, “I Can Dream Can’t I”, “That’s The Dreamer In Me” and “Song Of The Wanderer”. Helen Humes became one of the vocalists with Count Basie’s band in the late 1930s. Her vocals with Basie’s band included “
