"Give It Up" is the second single from LCD Soundsystem, released on the 28 July, 2003.

"Give It Up" was a UK number one single for three weeks in August 1983 for KC & The Sunshine Band.

It was the last and most successful of his ten UK hits, but still suffering from being associated with Disco, it would only reach #18 in the US in January 1984.

In recent years, the song has been turned into a football chant in England, adapting the lyrics to either hail a player or give an indication to their fate (either "....staying up" or "....going up").

Give It Up is the first single from the album Adrenaline Rush 2007 featuring Pharrell. The edited version of the song is called "Live It Up."
