Gimme Gimme Gimme is a BBC television comedy by Tiger Aspect Productions that ran for three series between 1999 and 2001. It was written by Jonathan Harvey, who appeared in two episodes; once as make-up artist Louis, and then as a customer in a sofa store. The theme song for this comedy was ABBA's "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)".It was filmed in front of a live studio audience in Studio 2 at The London Studios, South Bank, London, England.
A sitcom about two dreamy roommates in London. Gay unemployed actor Tom Farrell has a vague ambition to become the British Tom Cruise, but his career is going nowhere, and his love life isn't too hot either. Linda La Hughes is about as attractive as a centenary nun, yet has delusions of romantic love and actually aims at Tom, by far the most attractive man in her life, even if he is only into men. Yet as life keeps knocking them down, they are sort of condemned often to depend on each-other for want of better. Written by KGF Vissers
