Garrick Hagon (born September 27, 194?) is a British film and theatre actor and voice actor, who was raised in Toronto, Canada.
He is best known for his portrayal of Biggs Darklighter in the 1977 Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, as Ammar in Mohammed, Messenger of God and Goemon Ishikawa XIII in the Manga UK dubs of The Secret of Mamo and Goodbye Lady Liberty. He is also credited as Garrick Hagen.
He was also a regular in The Archers as Simon Gerrard, Debbie Aldridge's philandering former husband.
In their only screen work together (Batman (1989)), he and Liza Ross (I) play a married couple... just like they are in real life.
Played the role of Luke Skywalker's best friend from Tatooine, Biggs Darklighter, in the first Star Wars (1977) film. All of his scenes from the original movie were in the cockpit of his X-Wing, until the release of the Special Edition in 1997.
