Frankie Russel Faison (born June 10, 1949), also often credited as Frankie R. Faison, is an American actor.

Studied drama at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL.

Despite the fact that there were numerous characters in common between them, Frankie Faison is the only actor to appear in all four Hannibal Lector films (with the exception of Hannibal Rising (2007), Manhunter (1986) as Lt. Fiske, and Silence of the Lambs, The (1991), Hannibal (2001) and Red Dragon (2002) as Barney the Orderly.

Was nominated for Broadway's 1987 Tony Award as Best Actor (Featured Role - Play) for August Wilson's "Fences."
