"Fell on Black Days" is a song by Seattle band Soundgarden. The song was written by frontman Chris Cornell. It appears as the third track on their 1994 album Superunknown. It was released as a single in a large number of different versions, each with different B-sides. The song peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. It would later appear on the band's greatest hits album A-Sides.

After the September 11, 2001 attacks, Clear Channel included the song on its list of possibly inappropriate songs.

In 2005, when Audioslave toured with Seether, Chris Cornell sang "Fell on Black Days" with Shaun Morgan, Seether's lead vocalist.
