Theofanis Christodoulou (Φάνης Χριστοδούλου; born 22 May 1965 in Athens, Greece) is a retired Greek basketball player.

He started his career from Dafni bc and he spent most of the early part of his career with Panionios BC winning the Greek Cup in 1991 and the latter part playing for Panathinaikos, fulfilling a dream of his (as he himself had claimed being a Panathinaikos supporter from childhood) and winning a Greek championship in 1998.

He was an important member of the Greek national squad that won gold in Eurobasket 1987, and silver medal in Eurobasket 1989. He also won the 4th place in 1994 FIBA World Championship.
