"Dirty Money" is the 5th album released by southern rap duo UGK. It was released November 13, 2001 on Jive Records. The album came after a five year hiatus. Unlike their previous albums, "Dirty Money" contains guest appearances on half the tracks. The songs "Let Me See It", Choppin' Blades", "Pimpin' Ain't No Allusion" and "Take It Off" were later chopped and screwed. "Take It Off" was also featured on the soundtrack to The Corruptor. Money, Hoes, & Power with Jermaine Dupri was also featured on Dupri's Instructions album. It is a shared singles on both records. The album was released in explicit and edited versions. The edited version removes profanities and other lyrics some might be offended by. The song "Wood Wheel" was also removed from the edited version due to non-stop drug references. The track "Ain't That A Bitch (Ask Yourself) was also also edited in the explicit version due to sexually explicit and sexist lyrics. It was a b-side to Money, Hoes & Power.
