Delilah Cotto (born November 26 1980), is a Puerto Rican dancer, model, television and film actress. She is best known for throwing herself into her characters and turning them into powerful performances.

Delilah was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. She attended Performing Arts ("Fame") H.S. in New York City. Her first leading role is in Universal's December 6th release Empire (2002).
