Cedric the Entertainer (born Cedric Antonio Kyles on April 24, 1964) is an American actor and comedian. Born in Caruthersville, MO, Cedric majored in Mass Communication at Southeast Missouri State University and worked as a State Farm insurance agent before becoming a full-time comedian. He is currently married to Lorna Wells and they have two children, Croix and Lucky Rose, as well as Tiara, his daughter from a previous relationship.
This show was announced to be returning for the 2003-2004 season on Fox after "The Bernie Mac Show", in which the remaining produced episodes would have aired. However, Fox never aired the episodes as scheduled.
During the last episode of the season/series, halfway through, Fox broke in with breaking news, the start of the Iraq war.
Has one son, Croix with Lorna and has a daughter, Tiara from a previous relationship.
Worked at State Farm Insurance before making it big in comedy. Majored in Mass Communication at Southeast Missouri State University.
