Bug is an American film released 2006 from Lionsgate. The movie was directed by William Friedkin, and stars Ashley Judd, Harry Connick, Jr. and Michael Shannon. The film is based on the play Bug written by Tracy Letts. Bug is Rated R for some strong violence, sexuality, nudity, language and drug use.
Bug is a 1975 horror film starring Bradford Dillman, Joanna Miles and Richard Gilliland. It was directed by Jeannot Szwarc and written by William Castle and Thomas Page. It was based on Page's 1973 novel The Hephaestus Plague (ISBN 0-399-11184-0), and concerns a highly intelligent species of insect which can make fire by rubbing its cerci together.
