Brian Regan (pronounced REE-gan) is an American stand-up comedian. Regan uses observational humor, which is also occasionally self-deprecating, and his performances are relatively "clean" as he refrains from off-color humor. Regan's material typically covers everyday events, such as shipping a package with UPS and a visit to an optometrist. Regan makes frequent references to childhood, including little league baseball, grade school spelling bees, and science projects.

Brian Regan (born 2nd October 1957 in Liverpool ) is a British actor, known for playing Terry Sullivan in the now defunct Channel 4 soap Brookside.

Brian grew up in the Dovecot area of Liverpool and attended the Yew Tree Comprehensive School - also in that area of the city. He trained as an actor at the Liverpool Playhouse and has also appeared on television in The Bill, Paparazzo and Murphy's Mob.
