"Billy" Eduard Albert Meier (February 3, 1937) is a citizen of Switzerland and alleged contactee. He is also the source of over 1000 photographs of objects claimed to be UFOs. Meier claims regular contact with the Plejaren, a group of extraterrestrials, and presents much spiritual and philosophical information from these meetings. He describes the Plejaran as humanoid much like the humans of Earth.
