Aurabela "Belita" Moreno (born November 1, 1949 ) is an American actress.
She was born in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of a schoolteacher, and was a graduate of Justin F. Kimball High School. She was a regular on the long-running ABC series Perfect Strangers from 1986 to 1992, playing the role of Edwina Twinkacetti and later syndicated advice columnist Lydia Markham.
More recently she played "Benny Lopez" on The George Lopez Show from 2002 to 2007. She has also appeared in many films in the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.
Her mother taught Spanish at Justin F. Kimball high School in Dallas, Texas
Pulitzer prize-winning playwright created several roles for her, including "Popeye" in "The Miss Firecracker Contest," a role eventually played by Alfre Woodard in the movie adaptation.
