"Baby I Love U!" (labeled as "Baby I ♥ U!") is the fourth and final single released from Jennifer Lopez's third studio album, This Is Me... Then (2002). Released in 2004, it was one of Lopez's lowest-charting singles in the U.S., peaking at number seventy-two on the Billboard Hot 100. However, it peaked at number three in the UK, where the single was originally released. It was the sixty-fifth best-selling single of 2004 in the UK, with sales of 80,000 copies.

There's also a remix of the song featuring R. Kelly, which made little impact on urban radio stations, although it was never officially released. It appears on the bonus CD of her 2003 DVD The Reel Me.
