Howard Andrew "Andy" Williams (born December 3, 1927 in Wall Lake, Iowa) is an American pop singer. Andy Williams has recorded 18 Gold and 3 Platinum certified albums. He has performed with Ray Charles, Elton John, Ella Fitzgerald, Simon and Garfunkel, Mama Cass and Michael Jackson. When Ronald Reagan was President, he declared Andy's voice to be "a national treasure". He has had his own TV show as well as starring in a number of films. He also owns his own theater, the Moon River Theatre in Branson, Missouri.
Andy Williams (born September 23, 1977 in Toronto) is a Canadian born Jamaican soccer player, who currently plays attacking midfielder for the Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer.
Before joining MLS, Williams was a star in college for the University of Rhode Island where he is currently the team's all-time leading scorer, with 52 goals and 45 assists.
Williams joined MLS in 1998 with the Columbus Crew, with whom he would play for two seasons. In 2000, he moved to the Miami Fusion, but would only remain there one year before going to the New England Revolution. Williams played in 2001 and beginning of 2002 with New England, before moving to the MetroStars in a six-player deal in the middle of the 2002 season. He only lasted half a season with the Metros, soon traded again, to the Chicago Fire, with whom he has played for two years. Andy became the second player in Real Salt Lake history when he was their first selection in the 2004 MLS Expansion Draft. He became the first player in MLS history to play for six teams. In his eight years in the league, Williams scored 21 goals and added 60 assists.
Despite being something of a journeyman in Major League Soccer, Williams has been a stalwart for the Jamaican national team. He has 82 caps with the team and 12 goals, and is the focal point of their offense, running the team from the central midfield. Williams played for his country in the 1998 FIFA World Cup. Williams retired from the Jamaican team following their failure to qualify for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
Andrew Williams (born 14 August 1986 in Hereford, England) is an English footballer, currently playing for Bristol Rovers as a striker.
Andy attended the Pershore College football academy at Holme Lacy and played for the Hereford United youth team. He also gained experience by attending football academies at Aston Villa and Birmingham.
He made his debut for the first team in the 2003-04 season, coming on as a substitute in the Herefordshire Senior Cup final against Forest Green. The following season he featured regularly on the bench and made 3 league appearances as a substitute. He also started the two GLS Conference Cup games against Burton and Northwich.
2005-06 was his breakthrough season. His appearances for the first team were initially from the bench but he was given his first start in the league against Woking, scoring the opening goal. He progressed rapidly and went on to become the club's top scorer for the season, scoring 13 goals from 45 appearances in all competitions. Most notably he scored two vital goals in the playoff semi-final against Morecambe, and in the final itself against Halifax. He signed a new contract with the club in March 2006.
His first season in the Football League saw him played out of position on the right wing for the majority of the season resulting in 48 first team appearance, with only Rob Purdie and Alan Connell making more appearances. Andy's 8 goals also made him third highest goalscorer, and he was awarded the Away Goal of the Season for his spectacular effort against Bury.
He was the subject of two transfer bids from Bristol Rovers during the course of the season. At the end of August a £100,000 bid was rejected by Hereford, but at the end of January a £150,000 bid was accepted. However Andy turned down a move to the Gasheads, having already stated he was happy at Hereford and was not interested in moving to a club in the same division. When Bristol Rovers gained promotion to League One, speculation intensified that he would make the move, and on 5 July 2007 the transfer was finally confirmed.
Williams made his debut for Bristol Rovers on 2007-08-11, scoring four minutes after appearing as a substitute for Rickie Lambert.
Andy Williams - born Andrew S. Williams, February 22, 1970, is the drummer and vocalist of Doves. He was born in Manchester, England and he is also the twin brother of bandmate Jez. Before their incarnation as Doves, the three members were a dance-club music trio called Sub Sub.
Andy sings lead vocals on the Doves' songs "Here It Comes" and "Melody Calls" (from Lost Souls), "M62 Song" (from The Last Broadcast), and "Shadows Of Salford" (from Some Cities). He also plays the harmonica on "Here It Comes," as well as playing the melodica on live versions of "Snowden."

Andy Williams (born 1977-10-08) is a former professional footballer who played as a winger.
Williams began his playing career as a trainee at Southampton. After a brief loan spell at Swindon Town in 1999, the Wiltshire club signed him on a permanent basis and he went on to make a total of 47 appearances in all competitions in his twenty months at the club, scoring one goal. In 2001 he gave up playing full-time football due to injury. He joined Bath City, and began a career with the police. He spent three years in Bath before being forced to entirely retire from football due to a knee injury in 2004.
Williams won two full caps for Wales, against Brazil in 1997 and Malta in 1998.
