"All Apologies" is a song by the American grunge band Nirvana. It is the twelfth song on, and the second single (along with "Rape Me") from their 1993 album, In Utero. It was included on Rolling Stone's list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, at number 455 . It was the band's third #1 Modern Rock hit, and reached #32 in the UK.
It was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal in 1995, but lost to Aerosmith's Crazy. The song was featured in the Six Feet Under episode All Alone, both as the version from In Utero and the version from Unplugged in New York.
All Apologies is also the name of a Nirvana tribute album released on May 10 2006. The album includes covers of Nirvana songs performed by thirteen Japanese rock bands, including miyavi, B-DASH, and others.
