Alex Webster (born 25 October 1969, Akron, New York) is the bassist for Cannibal Corpse and Hate Eternal. He is one of two current members who were of the original lineup of Cannibal Corpse, the other being drummer Paul Mazurkiewicz.

Alexander "Red" Webster (born April 19, 1931, in Kearny, New Jersey) is a former NFL running back, (fullback, and halfback) with the New York Giants. Webster played high school football at Kearny High School. He played halfback for North Carolina State and was originally drafted by the Washington Redskins in the 1953 NFL Draft (11th round). He then began playing professionally for the CFL Montreal Alouettes; he was named an All-Star in 1954 and played in that year's Grey Cup (considered one of the greatest games in CFL history). In 1955, Webster was again drafted into the NFL and played for the New York Giants from 1955 to 1964. With the Giants, Webster (#29) rushed for 4638 yards, caught 240 passes for 2679 yards, and scored 56 touchdowns (39 rushing and 17 receiving). He was named to the Pro Bowl twice, in 1958 and 1961.

Webster eventually became an assistant Giant coach under Allie Sherman, and he was later promoted to head coach (1969-1973). He won NFL Coach of the Year in 1970, as the Giants finished 2nd in the NFC East with a 9-5-0 record. His overall Giant coaching record was 29 wins, 40 losses, and 1 tie.
