Alfredo Sanchez Brell (23 February 1932 in Madrid) is a Spanish film actor, director and producer who made over 150 appearances in film between 1961 and 1996. He remains one of the most used actors in Italian westerns.
Sambrell is probably best known in world cinema for his roles as henchmen in countless Sergio Leone's Spaghetti Western films, portraying gang members in the trilogy of films A Fistful of Dollars (1964), For a Few Dollars More, (1965) and the The Good, the Bad and the Ugly in 1966 and in Once Upon a Time in the West in 1968. He acted in many other Sergio Leone films and countless other westerns prolifically. His largest Spaghetti character was as the main antagonist of Sergio Corbucci's Navajo Joe. He also appeared in several international productions as an extra or bit actor, including Doctor Zhivago and The Wind and the Lion.
Worked with Sergio Leone (I) for a long time and became perhaps one of the most used European actors in Italian westerns.
