He is the identical twin brother of Ronde Barber, a cornerback who plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Barber was a correspondent on NBC's 4th hour of The Today Show with Ann Curry and Hoda Kotb.
Barber retired from the NFL at the end of the 2006 NFL postseason as the franchise's all-time rushing and reception leader.
